I have an injured shoulder?

i was playing tackle rugby today as i went for a tackle my shoulder just went through THRIVING PAIN and now i am having trouble moving my arm, any techniques to help my shoulder cause i need it better as soon as possible. at the moment i have bandaged it and i am trying to rest it as much as possible. when i type on the keyboard there is a small pain also.

Interested in joining the army, not sure how to train?

I am a 16 year old male who is interested in training myself for the army. I have been working out for about a week and I think I work a lot of muscles, but I honestly feel lost. If I could be given a scgedule, a weight to be and the amount of strength I should have within the next few years, I could do it. I don't have many hobbies or activities that take up my time, so making time for this is no problem. I want to go into basic training prepared, and come out a soldier.

I found green mold on the threads of a vacuum sealed jar. Is it safe?

The jar was still vacuum sealed when I opened it (100% certain). The mold wasn't inside the vacuum sealed part, just on the threads of the jar. It is that army green color mold that you often see on bread. I ask because I notice it after I ate what I poured out of the jar. Is it ok to eat? Not really worried, but if I'm going to be sick I can just throw it up now.

How long does it take a nose piercing to stay open?

I'm getting a nose pericing, not a ring just a diamond small, so there's only one hole. My school does not allow guys to have pericings so I will have to where those little bandages over it for zits. But I don't want to have to do that the whole year so how long do I have to where the pericing to where I don't have to where it at school and can just put it in after school?
