I am looking for a state/city to move that that has lots of vegetation and is not too hot or too cold?

My Husband is in the army, and his contract ends next year. We live in El Paso, Texas right now. And i hate it here. I love Trees and grass and vegetation in general. My husband does not like the cold. So i am looking for a place to move to that Is not too cold in the winter. And not too hot in the summer with LOTS of vegetation.
