I live with my boyfriend he is my sons dad but not my daughters my question is can i get cash aid for her?

i was receiving cash aid before but i just didn't send the quarterly report when my boyfriend moved in because i was unsure if i could still receive cash aid so the HSA just stopped the benefits. my ex does have to pay child support but he doesn't pay what his suppose to i dint want to go trough court again i know that my ex has to pay back the cash so can i still get cash aid for my daughter if im leaving with my boyfiend?
